WARRANTY INFORMATION

General Information

Please contact us by email at contact@tadssportinggoods.com to arrange for a warranty claim

If no warranty is mentioned, assume there is NO WARRANTY on the item

Depending on when we receive the item, the process usually takes about 2 weeks.

In all cases, a return authorization must be given before an item is eligible warranty. Please do not mail us rackets without a return authorization.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer/claimer. Unfortunately no manufacturer covers shipping charges for warranty claims.

This includes:
1. the shipping for the racket to us from the claimer
2. the shipping to the manufacturer from us (between $16-22 usually for rackets)
3. the shipping back to you if the item is deemed defective (regular shipping charges)

Tennis Racquets:

All Babolat, Head, Yonex and Wilson rackets come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects. This is not a warranty provided by us, rather a manufacturer warranty. We have no say in what is considered a warranty case and it is ultimately up to the manufacturer. This is not a 100% guaranteed yield of a new racket as racquets are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do however require the item mailed to us before a warranty claim can be made. 

Do not cut the string.

Examples of cases that are not covered include obvious racquet abuse, a racquet that's been thrown on the serve, cosmetic damage, worn out grips, worn out bumper guards... etc.

Yonex Badminton Rackets:

All Japanese-made rackets come with a 6 month manufacture warranty. This is not a warranty provided by us, rather a manufacturer warranty. We have no say in what is considered a warranty case and it is ultimately up to the manufacturer. This is not a 100% guaranteed yield of a new racket as racquets are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do however require the item mailed to us before a warranty claim can be made. 

Cut string decreases the likelihood of a warranty significantly. DO NOT CUT THE STRING.

If your racket was strung using a one-piece/2-knot method, the warranty is automatically void. All racquets must have been strung using a two-piece/4-knot method as per Yonex stringing instructions.

Racquets obviously strung above recommended tension will have voided warranties

String is not covered.

If a new racquet is yielded, no string will be included and it will be an extra charge in addition to the shipping charges mentioned above.

As previously mentioned, contact us before shipping us a warranty claim to receive RA number.

Stringing of New Rackets

Due to the variability of our customers, shipping conditions and environmental conditions, we cannot warranty any stringing jobs (labour NOR string). We have no control over how long a string job/string will last due to this variability but always employ our greatest efforts to ensure that you will have the best experience possible.
